Please be advised that Dadibadi does not store "Raw Card Data" (such as full PAN, CVV, or Expiry Date) on our internal servers. All sensitive information is handled via Tokenization by our PCI-DSS compliant partner, PayerMax.
2. Purpose of Data Processing
We process your transaction metadata (e.g., last 4 digits of the card, billing country, transaction ID) solely for the purposes of:
- Executing recurring billing for active subscriptions.
- Preventing unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.
- Complying with international anti-money laundering (AML) and "Know Your Customer" (KYC) regulations.
3. Parental Control and Children's Data
In strict compliance with COPPA and GDPR-K, Dadibadi is designed to be a safe environment. We do not solicit financial information directly from children. All subscription-related screens are protected by a Parental Gate (verification mechanism) to ensure that only a responsible adult can authorize recurring payments.
