Dadibadi Automatic Renewal Service Agreement
Introduction
This Automatic Renewal Service Agreement (the "Agreement") governs the recurring billing and subscription services provided by Dadibadi (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). By activating our subscription services, you (the "User" or "Parent/Guardian") acknowledge and agree to the terms herein, providing your express consent for recurring charges.
1. Subscription Plans and Promotional Pricing
The App provides a variety of membership tiers to suit your educational needs. By selecting a plan, you agree to the following billing structures:
Monthly Promotional Plan (The "Introductory Offer"): Users may be eligible for a first-month promotional rate of $0.99 USD. Following the expiration of this 30-day introductory period, the subscription will automatically transition to a standard recurring rate of $9.99 USD per month without further action required from the user.
Annual Premium Plan: This plan is billed annually at a rate of $69.99 USD. Your payment method will be charged once every 12 months.
Non-Renewing Monthly Access: A one-time payment of $14.99 USD providing 31 days of access. This plan does NOT trigger automatic renewal or the signing of a rebilling mandate.
2. Authorization for Recurring Billing
By subscribing, you authorize Dadibadi and its designated payment processor, PayerMax, to store your payment credential (tokenization) and automatically debit the applicable fees from your account.
Timing: Charges will occur within 24 hours prior to the commencement of the next billing cycle.
Notification: For any significant changes to the standard subscription price, Dadibadi will provide at least 30 days' notice via in-app notification or email.
3. Cancellation and Termination Policy
Transparency is our priority. You retain the right to terminate your subscription at any time:
To prevent the next scheduled deduction, you must initiate cancellation at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Upon successful cancellation, you will retain full access to all premium content (Picture Books, Audio, Video) until the current billing cycle officially expires. No partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.
