Welcome to Dadibadi! In these Terms of Service, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the Dadibadi online store.
Through this website, we provide product information, shopping, customer accounts, order management, and after-sales support (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify.
These Terms of Service and the policies referenced in them explain your rights and responsibilities when visiting our store, purchasing products, and using related Services. Please read them carefully before using the Services or placing an order.
These Terms apply to the Dadibadi online store and related shopping and after-sales services. Specific rules for using the Dadibadi App, Pod devices, and AI conversation services are governed by the separate terms provided for those services. These Terms continue to apply to your purchase of related products through this store.
Please also read our Privacy Policy to understand how personal information is processed. If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using the relevant Services.
1. Eligibility and Customer Accounts
Purchasing, account management, and after-sales services through this store are intended for parents, guardians, and other adult purchasers. When placing an order, you must have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into the transaction.
The contact, billing, payment, and delivery information you provide must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. If you provide information on behalf of another person, you must have the necessary authorization.
Please keep your account credentials and verification codes secure. If you discover unauthorized use of your account, contact cs@dadibadi.com promptly.
You are responsible for account activities that you carry out or authorize. Responsibility for unauthorized activity will be determined according to the circumstances and applicable law.
You may not sell, transfer, or license your customer account to another person without our written consent.
2. Product Information and Instructions for Use
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and other information are accurate and clear.
Product colors and appearance may vary slightly due to devices, screen settings, or photography conditions. This does not affect your legal rights regarding products that are misdescribed, defective, or damaged.
Before purchasing, please review the recommended age, compatibility requirements, package contents, and conditions of use stated on the product page. Follow the product instructions and safety guidance. Products intended for children should be used with appropriate parental or guardian supervision according to the relevant age requirements and instructions.
We may update product information, adjust availability, or discontinue products. Such changes do not automatically alter the terms of orders already accepted. If an existing order is affected, we will contact you.
3. Orders, Acceptance, and Cancellation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automatically generated order acknowledgment generally confirms only that we have received your request. Unless it expressly states that your order has been accepted, it does not constitute acceptance.
We will confirm acceptance after completing the necessary payment, stock, and order checks.
We may decline or cancel an order where products are unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or product information error, delivery is not possible, payment fails, or we reasonably suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms. We will explain the relevant circumstances to you.
If we cancel an order, or part of an order, for which payment has been collected, we will refund the corresponding amount. We will not require you to pay an additional amount because of a price adjustment to an order already submitted without your agreement.
To request an order change or cancellation, contact cs@dadibadi.com as soon as possible or use the request option available on your order page. Submitting a request does not mean that the change or cancellation has been completed. Once processing or shipping has begun, we may be unable to stop the order. This does not affect your rights under our Return and Refund Policy or applicable law.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, retail orders from this store are intended for personal or household use. Please contact us separately about commercial purchasing or resale arrangements.
4. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
Product prices, currencies, discounts, and related charges are as clearly displayed on the product pages and at checkout.
Whether taxes are included in the price, together with applicable delivery charges and other fees collected by us, will be displayed during the purchase process according to the store’s settings. Please review the order total before paying.
If an order may incur import duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges that we do not collect, we will disclose the relevant arrangements in the applicable product, shipping, or checkout information.
Prices and promotions may change, but such changes do not automatically alter the agreed price of an accepted order. Separate promotional rules apply to the relevant promotion and do not limit your statutory rights.
You must use a payment method that you are authorized to use and provide accurate payment information. Do not send full payment card details, account passwords, or verification codes to customer service.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Available destinations, shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times are set out in the information displayed at the time of purchase and in the applicable Shipping Policy.
Unless we expressly commit to a specific delivery date, delivery times are estimates. Carrier arrangements, customs processing, and other circumstances may affect delivery.
If you experience a significant delay, tracking issue, lost parcel, or shipping damage, please contact cs@dadibadi.com. We will help investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution according to the circumstances and applicable law.
Handing products to a carrier does not automatically release us from our delivery obligations to you. The transfer of ownership and risk during shipping is governed by applicable law.
Please ensure that your delivery information is correct. If you discover an address error, contact us promptly. We may be unable to change the address after shipment.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled under the Return and Refund Policy published in our store. That policy sets out request deadlines, product eligibility conditions, application methods, return shipping costs, and refund procedures.
Please submit a return request and wait for confirmation and shipping instructions before sending products back.
If these Terms conflict with the Return and Refund Policy on a matter specifically concerning returns, exchanges, or refunds, the specific provisions of that policy prevail, subject to mandatory applicable law.
Neither these Terms nor our Return and Refund Policy restricts your statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, or misdescribed products or other consumer protections.
7. Intellectual Property
The text, images, graphics, audio, video, logos, page designs, and other content in this store belong to Dadibadi, its affiliates, licensors, or the relevant rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may browse and use this store for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes and save or print your own orders, policies, and transaction records.
Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized by the rights holder, you may not copy, commercially distribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works from store content.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property in its stories, audio, illustrations, software, trademarks, or other content. Your rights to use such content are governed by the product information and applicable license terms.
You may not use the trademarks of Dadibadi, Shopify, or any third party without the relevant rights holder’s authorization in a way that suggests an authorization, partnership, or endorsement.
8. Third-Party Tools and Links
Our store may provide third-party tools, embedded features, or external links. Third-party services may be subject to their own terms of use and privacy policies. Please review them before use.
We do not control the content or operation of independent third-party websites or guarantee their continued availability. Providing a link does not mean that we endorse all of the third party’s content or conduct.
This section does not exclude our responsibility for products we sell, the fulfillment of orders, or services for which we are legally responsible.
9. Relationship with Shopify
Dadibadi is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Dadibadi.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Dadibadi, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.
You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Dadibadi.
This section is subject to the provisions in Section 17 concerning liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Privacy and Personal Information
We process personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy published in our store. It explains the information we collect, how we use and share it, our retention practices, and the privacy rights you may exercise.
Because the store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify also processes information related to your visits, purchases, and use of relevant features. Some processing activities are governed by the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.
Using this store does not constitute consent to all optional marketing or non-essential data processing. Where required by applicable law, we will request the relevant consent separately.
11. Reviews, Suggestions, and Other Feedback
Reviews and other content you submit must be truthful, relevant to your actual experience, and must not infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
For product reviews and attachments that you voluntarily submit for public display, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, format, and display them as necessary to present the review in our store. We must not distort your intended meaning.
If we wish to use your review, photos, or videos in advertising or other promotions beyond that display purpose, we will obtain the necessary authorization separately.
Emails, after-sales photos, videos, and other materials submitted through private customer service channels are not automatically authorized for public display or advertising. We will use them in accordance with our Privacy Policy and as necessary to handle your request.
If you receive a gift, discount, or other incentive for submitting a review, you must disclose it honestly where required.
We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, infringing, discloses personal information, contains malicious code, or constitutes irrelevant spam. We will not remove a review solely because it describes a genuine negative experience.
General product suggestions you voluntarily provide may be used to improve our Services. If your submission involves confidential information or intellectual property requiring a separate agreement, please contact us before submitting it.
12. Errors and Corrections
We may correct errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in product descriptions, prices, availability, delivery information, or other content.
If an error affects an order you have already submitted, we will explain the circumstances and, as appropriate, discuss whether to proceed, amend the order, or cancel it and provide a refund.
We will not retrospectively change important terms of an accepted order or restrict your statutory rights merely by updating website content.
13. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use this store to:
- Commit fraud, conduct unlawful transactions, or engage in other malicious activity;
- Provide a false identity, unauthorized payment information, or deceptive order details;
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights;
- Harass, threaten, or abuse customer service staff or other users;
- Upload malicious code, disrupt website operations, or damage data;
- Access accounts, systems, or non-public information without authorization;
- Collect, track, or disclose other people’s personal information without authorization;
- Send spam, conduct phishing, or impersonate others;
- Place an unreasonable load on the website through excessive requests, malicious scraping, or similar conduct;
- Bypass CAPTCHAs, access controls, or other security measures.
Ordinary manual browsing, shopping, and the use of assistive technologies are not prohibited. The use of automated agents must also comply with the following section.
14. Automated Tools and Agents
If you use software or an automated agent to browse or operate this store on your behalf, you must ensure that it acts only within your lawful authorization and complies with these Terms.
Automated tools must not conceal their identity, impersonate a human, bypass CAPTCHAs or security restrictions, or access unauthorized accounts or non-public data.
Agents capable of setting request identifiers must clearly disclose their agent identity in the User-Agent string of HTTP/HTTPS requests, using an identifier such as Agent/[agent name]. They must respond truthfully to questions intended to distinguish human from automated activity.
An agent must have your appropriate authorization before submitting an order, making a payment, or changing account information. Using an agent does not expand your access rights to this store.
We may reasonably restrict automated access for security, capacity, or operational reasons. If we expressly instruct an agent to stop accessing the store, it must stop.
15. Suspension and Termination
In the event of a material breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, an account security risk, or a legal requirement, we may take reasonable measures, including restricting features, suspending an account, or terminating relevant access.
Where reasonably practicable and legally permitted, we will explain the reason and provide a contact channel. Where an immediate security response is necessary, we may act before notifying you.
Suspending or terminating an account does not automatically cancel your statutory rights relating to paid orders, refunds, after-sales services, or privacy requests. It also does not release either party from lawful obligations that have already arisen.
Provisions concerning intellectual property, liability, dispute resolution, and other matters that by their nature should continue will remain effective after termination.
16. Service Availability and Warranties
We will provide store Services with reasonable skill and care. However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, entirely error-free, or accessible on every device and network.
Maintenance, upgrades, network failures, or other circumstances may cause temporary unavailability. We will take reasonable steps to address relevant issues.
Other than our express commitments and warranties required by applicable law, we make no additional warranties regarding website information or optional features.
This section does not exclude requirements that products conform to their descriptions or meet applicable quality, safety, or other legal standards. It does not reduce any express product guarantees or after-sales commitments we provide.
17. Scope of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that applicable law prohibits us from excluding or limiting, including, where applicable, liability arising from fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or statutory product liability.
We are responsible, in accordance with applicable law, for losses caused by our breach of these Terms or failure to meet our legal obligations.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that lack a reasonable causal connection to the relevant breach, were not reasonably foreseeable, or constitute indirect business losses resulting from your use of this store for commercial purposes that we have not agreed to.
You should take reasonable steps to prevent losses from increasing. This does not reduce any responsibility we have under applicable law.
18. Third-Party Claims and Indemnification
If your unlawful conduct, infringement of third-party rights, or intentional or negligent breach of these Terms causes a third party to bring a claim against us, we may, to the extent permitted by applicable law, seek compensation from you for reasonable, demonstrable losses and necessary expenses directly caused by that conduct.
You will not be required to indemnify us merely because you browse the store normally, purchase products, make a reasonable complaint, or exercise consumer rights.
You are not responsible for losses caused by our own fault or that of the relevant third party.
If such a claim arises, we will notify you promptly and give you a reasonable opportunity to participate and respond. Without your consent, we will not enter into a settlement that imposes an additional admission of liability, payment commitment, or non-monetary obligation on you.
19. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, it will be adjusted or severed to the extent permitted by law.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply unless the affected provision is inseparably essential to the agreement as a whole.
20. Relationship Between Terms and Policies
These Terms, the express terms of your order, and the relevant policies applicable at the time of purchase together form the agreement between you and us concerning online store Services.
The Return and Refund Policy applies to returns, exchanges, and refunds. The Privacy Policy applies to personal information processing. Specific promotions are governed by the promotional rules clearly displayed at the time of purchase.
An express individual agreement with you concerning a particular order takes precedence over general terms, provided it does not conflict with mandatory applicable law.
A delay in exercising a right does not constitute a permanent waiver of that right. Any ambiguity in these Terms will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law.
21. Transfer of Rights and Obligations
You may not transfer account obligations that must be performed by you personally to another person without our consent. This does not restrict transfers of rights permitted by law.
We may transfer relevant contractual rights and obligations as part of a business restructuring, transfer, or similar event. Such a transfer will not reduce your existing consumer rights or the commitments made under an accepted order.
If a transfer materially affects the performance of your contract or your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law and provide an appropriate means of addressing the change.
22. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
The interpretation and performance of these Terms, and the resolution of disputes, will be governed by the laws legally applicable to the relevant transaction.
If you have a dispute concerning an order or the Services, please contact cs@dadibadi.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve it through discussion.
Contacting us or attempting to negotiate is not a prerequisite to exercising your legal rights to make a complaint, seek dispute resolution, or bring proceedings before a court with jurisdiction.
These Terms do not deprive you of rights under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws or restrict any choice of court or dispute resolution body available to you by law.

Headings are included for convenience only and do not change the meaning or scope of the relevant provisions.
24. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in our business, features, or legal requirements and will revise the “Last updated” date on this page.
We will separately notify you of material changes where required by applicable law and obtain consent where necessary.
Unless required by law or otherwise validly agreed between us, updated Terms apply to use of the Services and new orders after their effective date. They will not retrospectively reduce your rights under orders already accepted.
