1. Purchase Options in This Store
The Dadibadi online store currently offers one-time purchases only. We do not offer subscriptions or automatically renewing purchase options through this store.
Purchasing a product from this store does not automatically create a subscription or result in recurring charges.
2. Canceling a Store Order
To request an order cancellation, please contact cs@dadibadi.com as soon as possible and provide your order number. You may also use the cancellation request option on your order page, if available.
Submitting a cancellation request does not mean that your order has been canceled. We will review its status and let you know whether cancellation is possible. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may be unable to stop it.
If your cancellation is approved and payment has already been collected, we will arrange a refund of the corresponding amount. For returns and refunds of products that have already been shipped, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
3. App Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions and automatically renewing services offered in the Dadibadi and Dadibadi Story apps are separate from one-time purchases made through this online store.
Billing cycles, renewals, cancellations, and refunds for those subscriptions are governed by the terms displayed when you subscribe and the applicable rules of the payment channel used. Please manage your subscription through the subscription management options provided by the relevant app or payment channel. If you need assistance, contact cs@dadibadi.com.
Canceling or returning a product purchased from this store does not automatically cancel a subscription you separately activated in an app. Likewise, canceling an app subscription does not automatically cancel a product order placed through this store.
4. Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not limit your consumer rights under applicable law. If any part of this policy conflicts with mandatory provisions of applicable law, those provisions will prevail.
