Welcome to Dadibadi (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application (“App”) and related services. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Eligibility
The App is intended for children aged 3–12 and their parents or legal guardians.
Users under the age of digital consent (13 in the U.S., or as defined by local law) must use the App under supervision of a parent or guardian.
Use of the App
You may use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
Reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App
Interfere with the App's security or functionality
Use the App in violation of applicable local or international laws
Share the App with users who are not permitted by local laws or store policies (e.g., age-restricted content)
Content and Intellectual Property
All content within the App (stories, audio, illustrations, characters, etc.) is the intellectual property of Dadibadi Inc. or its licensors.
You may not:
Copy, sell, or modify any part of the App
Use the content outside the App without written permission
Claim ownership of the content
Parental Responsibility
Parents or guardians are solely responsible for monitoring their child's use of the App, including content interaction and screen time. We recommend that parents:
Enable screen time limits
Review stories or games with the child
Guide children through interactive content when necessary
Account and In-App Purchases
No registration is required to use most of the App features.
Some content may be unlocked via in-app purchases under adult supervision.
All purchases are final and handled via the App Store / Google Play billing systems.
We do not store any payment information.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App for any reason, including:
Violations of these Terms
Misuse of app content
Attempted hacking or interference
Disclaimer of Warranty
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive for high quality, we do not guarantee:
That the App will be error-free or always available
That the content is perfectly suitable for all children in all cultural contexts
Use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dadibadi Inc. shall not be liable for:
Any indirect or consequential loss or damage
Any loss of data or interruption
Any misunderstanding due to child usage without parental guidance
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country of registration (e.g., Saudi Arabia / UAE), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
