Membership Agreement – App Store (Apple iOS Users)
Membership Subscription Terms (iOS / App Store)
Thank you for choosing to subscribe to our App. Please read the following terms carefully before purchasing or activating a subscription through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:
1. Subscription Plans and Pricing
• Monthly Membership: USD 14.99 per month (non-renewing).
• Auto-Renewable Monthly Membership: USD 9.99 per month.
• Annual Membership: USD 159.99 per year (non-renewing).
• Auto-Renewable Annual Membership: USD 69.99 per year.
2. Membership Benefits
Active subscribers enjoy the following benefits:
• Ad-free experience.
• Access to premium, high-quality picture books.
• Access to audio stories and exclusive educational content.
3. Payment and Renewal
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, at the subscription price listed above.
4. Managing Subscriptions and Cancellation
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
• If you cancel, you will continue to have access to subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period.
5. Free Trials (if offered)
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if provided, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
6. Changes to Pricing or Terms
• We reserve the right to update subscription pricing or membership benefits. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance through the App Store in accordance with Apple's policies.
7. Other Terms
• All subscriptions are subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that Apple is responsible only for payment processing, while the App developer provides the subscription services.
